The Irwin HSS Pro Drillbits are made from high performance, high speed steel. They have an 118° split point shape for increased performance and very good centring. The drillbits ensure precision starting, with no need to pre-punch or pilot drill. They penetrate the material quickly, requiring little effort and feed pressure.
Manufactured to DIN 338 standards. DIN 338 drillbits are suitable for many trade and industrial applications in alloyed and un-alloyed steel, non-ferrous metal, cast iron and plastics.
